Public opinion has been crucial as Tennessee looks to make changes in the K-12 science education department.
An online survey allows Tennesseans to share their thoughts on future changes.
Since September 2021 officials have been gathering information from teachers, faculty, and parents around the state.
After a second survey was provided, and feedback taken into account. Further steps have been taken for the proposal and future adoption.
The changes are scheduled to be put into the education system in the 2024-2025 school year.
