Utah Senator Mitt Romney has voted to convict President Donald Trump of abuse of power. Romney was the Republican's 2012 Presidential nominee.
This decision will make him the first Republican in history to be in favor of removing someone from their own political party from office.
Biden says,"Trump is guilty of an appalling abuse of public trust" when pressuring the Ukraine's leaders to investigate Joe Biden.
