A Georgia attorney accused of murder is captured in Nashville.

Vanderbilt University police received an anonymous tip about a man looking into cars.

This lead to the arrest of Richard Merrit at a thrift shop in Nashville.

Merrit was convicted of stealing client settlements back in January.

Merrit is also accused of killing his mother and stealing her car.
