Zoo animals watching you while you run... This is not your normal 5k race.

The Nashville zoo hosted their annual winter 5k zoo run.  

Runners stretched before they race around the zoo.  

Guides gathered the racers up for warm-ups at the starting line before the big race.   

As the runners start the race they had to run on many different terrains along the trail.

Animals were displayed for them to see.  

Drinks stations were provided along the run.
