The Blue Raiders men’s tennis team fell to the Duke Blue Devils 4-0 in Durham, NC.
MTSU faced off against the #8 ranked Blue Devils in the championship match of the ITA Kickoff Weekend.
Duke clinched the victory by winning three of the singles matchups against the Blue Raiders.
Despite a successful outing from duo Ondrej Horak and Leo Raquin, the Blue Devils earned the doubles point by winning the other two matchups.
In singles, Demis Taramonlis also maintained a 6-3, 3-2 lead before the match was ruled unfinished.
The Blue Raiders fall to 4-2 on the season while Duke continues their
undefeated start to the season at 5-0.
