Murfreesboro is holding its 8 the annual community baby shower.
The event is free, and no registration is required.
It will include 40 different vendors, car seat safety checks, door prizes and educational classes for expecting families to participate in.
The first 250 families through the door will receive a fully stocked
baby bag.
Included in the bag will be a variety of items for newborns to six months old. It will take place on Feb. 4 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Patterson Park Community Center.
