Local counter- culture magazine crew set out to clean up Tennessee.
Local magazine This Wonderful World (TWW) has set up a local charity dedicated to cleaning up the Nashville, Franklin and Murfreesboro areas. The TWW Restoration Society is the branch dedicated to charity clean ups. Most recently the Restoration Society has focused their efforts on cleaning up Percy Priest Lake and Pinkerton Park.
`
“People will say ‘thank you so much!’” The founder of TWW, Nash Hamilton said in a recent interview. “It’s just like ‘your welcome! It was nice to be out!’”
TWW has also done two fund raisers with the charity Room in the Inn, which is a charity that has a variety of programs focused on housing, education and employment for those in need. Though the magazine has worked with Room in the Inn, Nash was clear that the two entities are entirely separate.
TWW is a counter- culture magazine that has a wide range of content including satire, art gallery, media commentary, photography and literature. The first official issue was in August of 2018. TWW currently has 24 active members running the magazine, who reside and cover events in areas such as Nashville, Franklin and Murfreesboro.
The TWW Restoration Society is open to volunteers and posts updates on events on their Instagram page.
