A Red Cross blood drive is scheduled for the end of September, following an urgent call for blood donations.
The MTSU Bleed Blue to Beat the COVID-19 Blues Blood Drive will begin on Monday, September 28 until Wednesday, September 30 at the North Rutherford Church of Christ gymnasium on 1112 N. Rutherford Blvd. in Murfreesboro.
The three-day blood drive will be from noon until 6 p.m.
Volunteers are also needed to work the event’s registration, canteen and promotion. All blood donors will receive a free haircut e-coupon from Sport Clips, a T-shirt and COVID-19 testing for their contribution.
