FEMA Application Deadline Approaching

Tennesseans in Davidson, Putnam and Wilson county affected by the March 3 tornado and storms only have a few more days to register with FEMA.

The deadline to register is Monday, May 4. Registration can be completed online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov, by phone at 1-800-621-3362 or the FEMA app.

Applicants will need to have the following:

  • Social Security number

  • Address of the damaged home or apartment

  • Description of the damage

  • Information about insurance coverage

  • A current contact telephone number

  • An address where you can receive mail

  • Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of funds
