AFTER MANY HOURS OF INVESTIGATIVE WORK THE INVESTIGATORS DETERMINED THAT GILPIN SET THE FIRE INTENTIONALLY. GILPIN HAD PREVIOUSLY PLED GUILTY TO ARSON AND AGGRAVATED BURGLARY LAST MONTH AND ALL OF THIS CAME AFTER BEING EVICTED FROM THE HOME ON WOODBURY PIKE.
