Kobe Bryant Memorial

MURFREESBORO, TN-- Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna will be honored today at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for a public memorial service. The arena is sold out for the memorial. All of the proceeds made from ticket sales will be donated to the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation. The MTSU community is also paying tribute to the late Kobe Bryant this Thursday with a three-point shootout. There will be a prize for first place. The event will start at 6:08 p.m. and end at 9:24 p.m. representing Bryant's past numbers. The event will be located on the MTSU Campus Recreation Center basketball court.
