MURFREESBORO, TN- On February 10th the MGM Tobacco and Beer Market was robbed at gunpoint.
The store clerk operating that night, Malak Ishak, was shot multiple times and is in stable but critical condition after surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital.
The suspect is a black male who was wearing a camo jacket, a hat, and a doo rag on the night of the robbery. On surveillance video he was seen after the robbery taking Ishak's car which was a 2010 Black Nissan Rogue, license plate 4M7-2B1.
Officers responded to the hold up alarm at the store, and that was when they found Ishak.
