MTSU is supporting the new name of the Homer Pittard Campus School driveway named after former principal and first grad teacher Liz-Whorley Bradley.

MTSU and Rutherford County Schools have partnered with school support group, Friend’s of Campus School, in the naming of the driveway.

The Dean of MTSU’s College of Education Neporcha Cone says the department is happy to be involved with the support group along with Campus School’s staff.

She also says thanks to the teachers and staff for supporting the College of Education and the Campus School with many people in attendance to honor Whorley-Bradley.

91 year-old Whorley-Bradley could not attend the event but extended her thanks for the honor.
