MTSU women's soccer hosts Charlotte on Friday

By DeAndre Williams

MTN Sports Reporter March 11, 2021 The MTSU women's soccer team hosts Charlotte (1-3) on Friday night.

“Coming off the WKU loss to bounce back and win at ODU should put us in a place where we have more confidence in us for the next game” said head coach Aston Rhoden.

Since 2013 MTSU has a record of 3-2-1 against Charlotte, with the most recent game being a 5-2 loss in 2019 at Charlotte. However, Charlotte isn’t off to too hot of a start either, with a few games cancelled and losing record of 1-3. This is a key game for either team to turn their season around.

Kickoff is set for 7pm this Friday at the Dean A. Hayes Track & Stadium.
