Murfreesboro Police Department responded to a stabbing call at a home in the 1300 block of Searcy Street around 4 p.m.
According to MPD, a male victim was taken to Vanderbilt Medical by life flight helicopter.
The condition of the victim is unknown. A male, the believed stabber, is in custody. Investigation is underway.
