MURFREESBORO, TN- City employees will be thankful on Monday, as on the 17th, which is Presidents Day, all City of Murfreesboro offices will be closed. Also most recreational facilities and senior services at St. Clair Street Senior Center will be closed.
Adams Tennis Complex and the Old Fort and VA golf courses will remain open.
Along with the offices, Rover, the city’s public transportation service, will also be closed on Monday. All pickups will be backed up a day, so Monday’s will be on Tuesday, and Tuesday’s will be on Wednesday.
City Hall business offices will resume regular operating hours, which is 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
