The collisions occurred at the intersection of Rocky Ford Almaville Road and Morton Lane. The wreck resulted in many damaged vehicles including a motorcycle, various injuries, and an unfortunate death. Witnesses accounted a small, 1990's-early 2000's red, two-door pickup truck fleeing the scene, giving police a bread-crumb trail to follow. Mr Contreras was booked in the Rutherford County in the Adult Detention Center. Police located his vehicle Saturday.
