Good news reigns out of the Veterans Health Administration Mid South Network as they announce that have administered 100,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Mid South Healthcare Network covers veterans across Tennessee and Kentucky. Vaccinations began in mid-December which were given to healthcare workers, caregivers, and other federal workers.

The acting director of Mid South Health Care Network, Doctor David Walker says "We are encouraged by the number of veterans we have been able to reach so far and look forward to reaching our goal of offering the vaccine to every single eligible veteran and caregiver."
