SMITHVILLE, Tenn. (MTN) – The Dekalb County Lady Tigers basketball team barley squeaked past the Cannon County Lionettes last night with a 39-38 victory.
The tight matchup was their final meeting of the regular season, with the result moving the Lionettes to a 10-7 overall record and Dekalb moving to 11-8.
Both teams conclude their regular season with 3 more games through February 13th in the final stretch for the playoffs.
