Murfreesboro Seeks Help to Aid the Homeless

The city of Murfreesboro is asking citizens to fill out a series of surveys to help aid the issue of homelessness.

The Murfreesboro Community Development Department says the surveys addresses plans on dealing with homelessness, housing needs, and other critical issues.

The surveys will help Murfreesboro come up with a Consolidated Plan, which the city is required to do every five years as long as they're receiving community development block grant funding.

Citizens can find the survey online at https://www.cognitoforms.com/CityOfMurfreesboro1/HomelessnessNeedsSurvey or get the physical survey at Murfreesboro City Hall, Linebaugh Library, or Patterson Park Community Center.
