There are two candidates running for Tennessee State House of Representatives for District 13. MTN Reporter, Georgia Smith goes behind the camera with both candiates to get their prosecptive for the midterm election. Jeff Crum is running for the Democratic Party, and on the Republican side Robert Stevens is running. Each of these candidates are wanting to make a change within their community. With opinions varying on each side of the spectrum, Crum and Stevens are hoping for change that will affect each person in the community in a postive way.
