Rutherford County has two candidates running for Tennessee State House Representatives for District 49. Republican, Mike Sparks is running for reelection after holding office for the past two years. Morgan Woodberry is running for the Democratic side of this position. MTN Reporter, Elise Sandlin, gets an exclusive look on each candidate.
