MTN – The China-originated coronavirus has reached a total of 45,000 worldwide infections and 1,100 deaths, according to the World Health Organization. This number increased today with 39 new cases confirmed from a quarantined cruise ship out of Yokohama, Japan. According to recent reports from officials in China, the number of new cases in the country dropped for the second consecutive day, bringing hope to attempts of destroying the virus. Medical professionals worldwide have worked tirelessly to find a cure for the epidemic as more travelers bring the virus to other edges of the globe.
