A man who allegedly shot a relative's tire barricaded himself in his own house.
Mark Haynes surrendered to the Rutherford County Sheriff's Swat Team on Wednesday just off Bradyville Pike.
According to Sheriff Mike Fitzhugh, the 60-year-old was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
Upon the deputies arrival, Haynes refused to exit his home. Swat Team Commander Lieutenant Chris Kauffman says two semi automatic handguns were in the home with Haynes.
As a result, four additional charges of aggravated assault were filed against Haynes.
